Monitoring - EM tower is offline, and due to construction nearby blocking access to the tower, we are unable to complete repairs at this time. As soon as access is restored to our tower, we will make all necessary repairs to restore service.

One tower in the area of Port Perry is still awaiting new hardware to be deployed to replace hardware damaged in the recent severe weather.
We are working to complete this as soon as possible.

Identified - Dear Customers,
Garden Hill and other nearby sites are operating via a temporary backhaul link. This link does not afford the usual capacity that the site is used to. All Access Points are online, however customers may experience slow speeds.
Please be aware that we are doing everything we can to resolve this as soon as possible.

Golden Beach Tower has been severely impacted by recent weather, and is awaiting reconstruction. In the mean time, some services continue to operate, where others are unable to receive service.
